Private Dining
We have a private room upstairs at The Chimney House which you can reserve for your own private dining experience. Accomodating anything from 10 up to 25 guests for a 2 or 3 course meal. Call 01273 556 708

Function Room
Whether it's a birthday celebration, wedding reception, christening or canapé and drinks party, we can accomodate up to a maximum of 55 people in our luxurios private upstairs function room. The room has its own bar offering the same range of wines, beers and spirits as downstairs.

Bring your own music (iPod connection into our system), feel free to decorate the room, or we can arrange flowers or balloons for you if requested to personalise the night for you and your guests. Canapé menus can also be provided.

PLEASE NOTE
THERE IS NO ROOM HIRE FEE, JUST A MINIMUM SPEND OF £350 ON FOOD AND DRINKS. FOR ALL CONFIRMED PRIVATE DINING AND FUNCTION ROOM BOOKINGS WE REQUEST A £100 DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE.

 

Meeting Room
We can accomodate up to 30 delegates for the day, offering tea and coffee on arrival as well as during breaks. Lunch, if required, will be served downstairs in the pub, where you can choose from our light lunch or monthly menu.

Rates
Day rate is £125
Half day rate is £75
Hourly rate is £25 per hour
Flip chart/Dry boardhire is £5.00 (includes pens and pad of A1 paper)
